This hotel is sub-par for a Best Western franchise. Definitely does not meet the Best Western standards I have experienced from staying at many other Best Western hotels. Bathroom was left dirty and used soaps still in the shower, as well as long hairs everywhere.
We are sorry you experienced this at our hotel. This is not a normal incident at our property, please see our reviews. It is my understanding our desk staff resolved your issue at the time of your stay. Our housekeeping inspectors now inspect every room everyday.
This hotel was quiet, clean and the service from the front desk was exceptional. My wife is a light sleeper, so the lady at the front desk moved us to the third floor and even offered to carry our suitcases up. This wasn't needed but the offer was very kind and exceptional for a hotel with no bellman.

We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. Room appointments were spot on and very comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness with a capable, friendly Front Desk staff. The included breakfast was greatly enjoyed, too.

They were so wonderful with our pets and flexible when it came to needing additional nights.
We were there due to my father in law passing away unexpectedly and they were just absolutely incredible to us and helped with anything they could. So grateful ❤️

We were passing through and booked our stay on Priceline. We were impressed with our room as it had LVP flooring, thick white sheets and fluffy towels. Wifi was great. The breakfast included sausage and eggs, yogurt, muffins juice cereal, waffle etc. Also the provide and serve great coffee. The restaurant was closed for the holiday season but it is so handy to have it there. We were repeat customers on this trip so obviously have had 2 great experiences now. The staff is outstanding. It is just off the highway with other resting walking distance but no road noise.
