The booking and check in process was easy. The front desk staff was friendly. The room did smell stale when we first arrived but otherwise was clean and the A/C worked. The beds and pillows were so comfortable (if you like soft/fluffy beds). The complimentary breakfast was good but a small portion. It was a good value for the price we paid .
I would stay here again.

Overall, a good deal, especially compared to some over-priced hotels in Helena. Hotel is in the middle of a mess of construction and multiple buildings, but it functions well. Room was clean and well-maintained, breakfast was fine.

Customer Service is unbeatable. Our travel schedule was chaotic. Ms Jamie picked us up at the airport at an unscheduled time, gave us a great tip on a walkable Mexican restaurant that was delicious and all with a smile on her face!! The next morning, Robert got up at 4am to take us back to the airport. He even parked outside our room so we did not have to lug our bags to the lobby. Again, all with a smile on his face!! Room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again!!

It is a good hotel with nice rooms. a room was provided for family gathering with tables and chairs. The hotel accommodated us for two nights. Screen available for showing pictures of deceased and family.

Hotel rooms were clean, but very worn and run down. Property was not inviting looking, just buildings with no landscaping. No elevators so if your room is on the second floor, you need to lug them upstairs.
We are sorry you were disappointed with your economy room. As you know we are in the process of renovation these rooms. All the rooms have new beds, tvs and are clean. Our new furniture comes in at the end of this month. New flooring is in the process of being installed.
