Hotel rooms were clean, but very worn and run down. Property was not inviting looking, just buildings with no landscaping. No elevators so if your room is on the second floor, you need to lug them upstairs.

It is a good hotel with nice rooms. a room was provided for family gathering with tables and chairs. The hotel accommodated us for two nights. Screen available for showing pictures of deceased and family.

We are sorry you were disappointed with your economy room. As you know we are in the process of renovation these rooms. All the rooms have new beds, tvs and are clean. Our new furniture comes in at the end of this month. New flooring is in the process of being installed.

The location was recently updated & the amenities were appreciated. This location offered superior value compared to nearby, equally priced establishments.
We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, hot tub or the complimentary breakfast but if the room stay was a measure then each of those would have been enjoyable as well.

Stay here! The beds are phenomenal! The place is clean. There’s an elevator, the staff is friendly, there is a free shuttle to the airport, and breakfast, even though we didn’t get to eat it because our flight was too early. This has to be the best place to stay in town! We stayed at the Baymont at the beginning of the trip, and it was filthy, had hard beds, no shuttle, and the breakfast was subpar. Also no elevator so we were forced to carry heavy luggage up stairs. The Ramada has it going on!

The front desk staff did her best to try and improve our stay but the hotel really needs to update. Our first room was literally worn out, smelled like dirty dig feet and was dark and dingy. Hodge podge of beat up furniture, wrong size curtains, unraveled carpet....so they moved us to a recently renovated room which was better but still not worth the $ we paid. I'm just glad we only had to sleep and shower there.

I can’t say enough bad things. Just don’t stay here. Air conditioner made loud noises all night, no outlets, bathtub had burns and looked terrible, ran out of tissue. Just terrible. Look elsewhere for your trip

We are sorry you were displeased with the economy room you reserved. We are in the process of remodeling the economy building. So far we have new beds and Tv's. Flooring has been installed in 12 rooms. Hopefully, we will be done by the end of the year. We have staff on 24 hours a day to assist with items like the air conditioner. Hopefully, you contacted the front desk for assistance.
