I made a 3 night reservation at about $280 per night.

Upon arrival, I was informed the hotel restaurant isn't open for breakfast. The hotel's website in several places advertises that the restaurant is open daily for breakfast and dinner. The front desk clerk said the restaurant hasn't been open for breakfast for almost a year.

There was also signage at the front desk indicating that daily housekeeping isn't provided. The hotel website advertises daily housekeeping

For guests with Marriott platinum, titanium and ambassador elite status, there is a "pantry" down a hallway that had junk food snacks, a coffee machine, and a mostly empty refrigerator of soft drinks. That was it.

While the lobby was attractive and looked renovated, the complete lack of amenities and services was unacceptable. Especially at $280 per night.

Without a fully open restaurant and without daily housekeeping, you are better off staying at the Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn or Best Western Premier.

All things considered, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotel looks nice in pictures. My room smells like wet dog! Everything is grubby even though it is renovated. I Clorox’d everything & my cleaning wipes came back black!! So gross. My toilet had pee on the seat. Super gross!! The bathroom is still old and not really re-done. The fireplace is nice, but who cares when the room smells musty and moldy and like wet dog!! I ate at the restaurant. Food was not good. Things I ordered said homemade. Definitely not homemade. Staff was nice. I won’t stay here again.

A fairly nice hotel, most everything was good. Staffing at this hotel must still be a challenge. Some of the staff here were great, helpful, and seemed interested in helping. Other staff were not, I felt as though my questions were perceived as a burden to some of the front desk staff. One staff member flat out told me that she did not believe my problem was happening, even after she fixed the problem. Truly bizarre. The hotel is very spread out so prepare for a walk if your room is in the back of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and were very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were tight but just fine, and the shower is in a tub.
