A great hotel situated in a lovely area of Helena. Their free breakfast was outstanding and instead of using Styrofoam or disposable plates, they utilized China plates and actual silverware. their breakfast menu varied each day and always delicious. in addition, their airport shuttle was not restricted to certain hours. Rooms were clean and comfortable. and each evening they had delicious iced cookies which were shaped like the state of Montana.

Terrific stay. Great location. Quiet - Hotel was nearly full, but I never heard a peep from any other guests. Several restaurants in easy walking distance. Free shuttle from airport. Hotel allowed me to check in early and held my bags for several hours after I checked out. Emma at the front desk was the sweetest ever.

This hotel was perfect for a couple of nights on our road trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were some of the nicest people. Breakfast was plentiful, with a lot of variety and good coffee. The location couldn't be better. We were able to walk to dinner both nights, and ride our bikes from the hotel all around town. (Don't miss seeing the State Capital! ) We parked our truck in the parking lot, which felt very safe with our bikes on the back. We would stay here again!

The hotel needs to be gutted. Got to the room and couldn’t breathe because of the mold. I could taste on my tongue and throat for hours after we left. My wife kept coughing after a few minutes in the room. We checked in and checked out. The hallways smelled musty. No one should stay here before it is updated. They should be ashamed.

This beautiful hotel is an exceptional location in Helena, with restaurants, downtown area and movie theater within easy walking distance. The front desk staff are outstanding. They are friendly and very helpful answering all questions, ensuring our stay was great. The room was spacious, with luxurious linens and plenty of amenities. The daily breakfast was very good, with lots of choices to satisfy all tastes. It was great having an onsite laundry facility. You cannot go wrong with selecting the Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel..
