I am so happy about chosing this beautiful hotel to stay in. Everything was so clean and perfectly put and everybody working here was so personable, friendly, helpful and accomodating. There is no where else Id consider staying. I'm hoping to come back and do some serious hiking on my next trip.

The staff were superb. Very friendly and efficient. They knew the city and surrounding area and were able to give me excellent ideas of what to see. Nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel is situated within walking distance of all the city sights.
Rooms and facilities are of a very good standard, as is the breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights in this excellent hotel. Front desk staff were superb, notably Kyeler. Parking was safe and secure and our room was quiet, had great views and was spacious and super-comfortable. The raid we paid represented good value and the hotel is very well situated for getting around the lovely city.

The staff (cleaning crew/reception/manager) are awesome - friendly, kind, helpful, attentive and good at what they do. I reserve several weeks in advance and they are most gracious about any changes I have to make. Any reasons requests that I make they accommodate.

The hotel is lovely. Room was clean, and fresh. Breakfast was great - options for hot or cold meals, coffee selection of dark or light roast.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great! Immediately next to the Silver Star Steakhouse, and a parking lot away from the Brewhouse. Carroll College is across the street.
We have stayed here many times, this is 'the spot' in Helena.
