The property is beautiful and the rooms are very elegant. Everything is very clean and the staff if professional, friendly, and helpful. We were traveling on motorcycles and we appreciated the motorcycles washing station. We would highly recommend this property.

The very best of service and accommodations. Our room attendant, Alexi, was the very best of any hotel I have stayed in and the front office staff were extremely accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of selections and changed every day.

This was our seventh stay in the last eight years at The Great Northern for our annual fishing vacation. We love this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained; the front desk staff are intelligent, helpful, and friendly; supporting staff are very attentive. The place is just extremely well managed. The hotel also is perfectly situated for downtown activities and convenient dining. Well done! See you next year!

I've stayed here many times in the past and have never been disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We walked to Last Chance Gulch, an 8 minute walk. Right next to the hotel is the Silver Star restaurant, one of the best restaurants in the state. You can't go wrong with staying here.

The Best Western in Helena has always been an excellent experience. The entire staff is very friendly along with being accommodating to any reasonable request. The hotel is clean, comfortable and situated in a good location within Helena.
