The building is a little run down. The bathroom sink won’t drain. The elevator doesn’t work. But the biggest problem is our sheets were stained. No discount given or new room offered. Although we did have to meet an employee downstairs to get new sheets to put on.

The front desk service was incredible. Cj was more than helpful and accommodating with all of are needs. I definitely recommend giving this guy a raise 10/10. There needs to be more people like him in customer service!

C.J., the front desk clerk, was the best! He was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, open and everything worked. I recommend the Helena Hampton inn, especially the staff who were excellent.

A little disappointed in overall quality of this Hampton. Not up to the usual Hampton standard. Breakfast was ok.But service and room were just average. Probably wouldn’t stay again.in a part of town on Main Street but industrial.$200 per night? Seems rates are all going up. Maybe time to look for other alternatives.

Nice stay. Only drawback is that there is no shuttle from the airport since it is not far from the airport. Doubletree offers shuttle. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices: eggs, sausages, oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruit, waffles and potatoes to name a few.

We had an unplanned vacation in Helena after our vehicle broke down. Our stay stretched into a week. We felt so fortunate to be staying in a beautiful room on 3rd floor with a view of the mountains, as we spent a lot of time there. We had no vehicle and relied on Uber to get around. All the staff were very friendly and sympathetic to our plight, especially Jodi and Natalie who were extremely helpful. The breakfasts were always good with lots of variety and the kitchen staff were very outgoing. We are totally satisfied with our experience at this hotel!
