Older hotel. Like most Hampton are. Location is good. Beds were ok. Shower was ok. Elevator was questionable. Needs a remodel. Stayed in our way down south and in the way back. First stay uses the app and chose my room. Got an alert my room was ready and it wasn’t the room we selected. We wanted to face the front where you park but a room across that looks at the truck stop. Why choose a room if you don’t get it. Got the right room in the way back. Didn’t utilize the breakfast as it was busy. Probably would t stay again.

This was the penultimate hotel on a 2 week road trip and we stayed just overnight. It compared well with the other hotels at which we stayed. The greeting at reception (Jeremy) was friendly and efficient, the whole place was clean, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I’m a diamond member, so I loyally stick with Hilton brands- it’s always consistent and I know I’ll get good sleep. I need a good night’s rest because I travel for work 2/3 of the year. When I checked in, I got my complimentary status upgrade. I was relieved because I have a long flight home tomorrow. Only when I checked into my room, it was FILLED with Pokémon. I’ve attached the photo here so you can see this is legit.

They were quite rambunctious and I had a hard time settling in. They are constantly battling and raiding, and I think this is because there is a Pokémon gym next to the property. They also throw a lot of berries which can splatter and cause stains.

I will probably return to this Hampton Inn next time I have to go to Helena, but I hope management keeps the Pokémon problem under control. No bueno for business travelers.
