*New hotel. Across the street is a wastewater treatment plant. So depending on which way the breeze is blowing you get good whiff of what they are doing over there. 🤢
*You have to ASK to have your room serviced each day by calling the front desk before 11:00. We called and asked and they said they wld put us on the list, and nobody ever serviced the room or gave us clean towels. It was late when we arrived and there was a bunch of long hair on the floor behind the door in the bathroom. There is absolutely no reason for this! It’s disgusting. I expect more from a hotel you’re paying almost $200/night for! Can’t help but wonder what other “corners” are being cut in the establishment?!?

I had booked this hotel as part of a family trip with my dad who has Parkinson’s from Canada to LA. Due to border closure, our drive was extended 2 1/2 hours and my dad was unable to sit in the car after 7 hours driving. We had to stay at Comfort Inn in Great Falls instead of Helena. I called to cancel and explained situation but they would not refund us due to less than 24 hours notice. So disappointing as the Great Falls Comfort Inn hotel has same policy but based on circumstances would have given us a refund. Left message with general manager with no response. Such poor customer service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. We had a room facing the road and it was a bit noisy until about 8:30 PM and then it quieted down. Probably a good idea to request a room on the other side of the building. We would stay here again if we are in the Helena area.
