This was a great hotel for my family- plenty of room with 2 queen beds and pull out couch. The hot breakfast was also really good- the breakfast sandwiches were really good- this was much better than most free hotel breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again and will look for Home2 Suites in the future when traveling.
Great place and people at the desk are very nice. Got the room I wanted and it is so quiet. Clean and maid service is great also.
Breakfast was wonderful. Love the oatmeal. Microwave did not work so the lady at the desk took my meal to her break room and heated it up for me. Above and beyond. Please fix microwave in 211.
Passing thru town with a puppy. Fast friendly checkin. Offered discounts thru aaa and Hilton honors. Decent pricing. Suggested restaurants nearby for a late bite to eat, clean comfortable room. Would be a great suite if staying in the area with a kitchenette and and clothing storage including a full wardrobe. Breakfast included. Pretty good coffee! And I’m picky about coffee. Definitely recommend.
In Helena for a funeral and the pool is broke, we were not notified at checkin, shower head barely sprays out water, poor front desk service in the evening, doesn’t answer front desk phone, not worth the price we paid especially during a difficult family time, reservations of 7 days, we will be leaving before then! Unacceptable
We stayed one night in Helena, and this proved to be the perfect place for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby and our room were both super clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. This was the 6th day of our trip, and we really needed to do laundry- and this hotel has two washers and two dryers for guest use. (You may have to be a Hilton member to use them, but it's free to sign up for that, and very worth it!) The hotel is located in what looked to be a new, growing area. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and many retail stores very close by.
