they always clean and they are awesome anywhere I go they are cleaning........and when they clean your room it is great all of the employees are SO SS SO happy all thoe who work here re always cleaning........seems like a never ending for these foks
We first phoned reception and our inquires were politely, efficiently and with a friendly approach efficiently dealt with. That contact convinced us to book a room. Upon arrival, our telephone contact, Elise, greeted us and everything unfolded as if we had scripted it. Perfect in all aspects.
The staff are amazing people who did their best to accommodate my family and dogs and I love them for that! We were welcomed by the best! Very friendly and very clean! Thank you all again for everything! We are very grateful for all of you and the help you provided us!
The hotel is located literally at the edges of the city, but still accessible enough. The rooms are specious, clean and pleasant. There is also ample parking space.
The breakfast maybe for free, but it is rather terrible. Staff is uninterested, and doesn’t pay attention to missing cutlery or juice that is gone. Even worse was the existence of dirty cutlery in the drawers as hotel guests were forced to search for it by themselves. The bread was old and dry, the yogurt slimy and the fruit non existent. They even managed to make the coffee taste terrible. Tables were not cleaned while staff was occupied chatting to each other.
Nice layout, modern, comfortable, nice view, spacious. 2 thermostats, bathroom opens to bedroom and living room. Nice efficient design. Weren’t able to get to our room until 1.5 hours after check-in time. Few healthy choices for breakfast.
