The front desk staff were unfriendly, the room was not cleaned well! The dishes were still in the dishwater. Hair all over the sheets and in the bathroom. Expensive room, requested 2 queens, was given 1 queen with a pull out couch. I called down to the front desk and they were not accommodating. I’m a Hilton diamond member, and I can say this was the most expensive stay for a not very enjoyable hotel. Positive was good location, good views.

We stayed here one night with our dog on our drive home to Canada. It's part of the Hilton chain so I had selected our room via the app before arriving.

This is a fairly new hotel and is a suite format with a small kitchen in your room. It is just off the highway near a mall and lots of restaurants. Pets are allowed and we were given a toy for our dog on check in.

Overall for one night it was fine. They're cool rooms. But, maybe because I had pre-selected our room, the room was not overly clean. An unopened yogurt was left in the fridge and the bathroom floor did not seem that clean. And the couch and carpet had lots of stains on them. It seemed like a worker's hotel where people stay for a longer time and maybe have a chance to wear and tear the room.

Breakfast was included but was not open yet when we left.

I'd probably stay again but would inspect my room first.

I recently stayed at the Helena Home 2 Suites with a friend. We originally booked due to the competitive price and convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the common areas and room. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable (the most important thing in a hotel where you stay to SLEEP). And we enjoyed having the kitchenette in the room for a weekend stay. This review would have been 5 stars, but we felt the complimentary breakfast could be improved with more fresh food options over packaged food items. We will gladly stay again, though, and may choose to eat breakfast elsewhere.
