I guess they forgot to clean our room before we checked in. Bed was slept in, dirty towels on floor, used soap and wet crumpled up washcloth in shower, trash in trash can. Disgusting. They did not refund me.

It didn't look like the sheets were changed (there was hair in them). There was also garbage on the floor and the bathroom tile was dirty. The wifi worked but was kind of spotty. Won't be staying here again.

Staff is rude, rooms are dated and feel gross. The shower felt like someone was beating me up. The air in the rooms was musty and felt sticky, even the bed. If you have any other option, don’t waste your money.

We had better expectations for a Howard Johnston hotel. The first room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smell even though they assured us it was a non smoking room. The carpets were old and not lying flat on the floors. They gave us another room. It was better but some of the furniture is falling apart. The drawer in the bedside table falls out if is is moved slightly. The hotel advertises that it serves breakfast. This is not true. They offer you a granola bar for breakfast from the reception desk.

Needs to be shut down and have a complete overhaul. The room was almost $140 and it was more like a $40 room. Howard Johnson should be ashamed of themselves that they endorse this place. We stayed here for the location and large parking area for our truck and trailer. Should have read reviews first.
