I could not see the name tag of the gal that checked us in but this front-desk team was exceptional. It has been some time since I have checked in and had a front-desk team that was not only professional and friendly but had OUR ROOM KEY READY and acknowledged my status without being asked for a couple waters.
When we had a concern with our assigned room (odor) we were moved with no fuss or questions.
Breakfast had a very nice variety and the area was very clean.
Rooms were very nice and had lots of lighting.

The room was very nice . The bed was comfortable and linen was in good condition. We had an interior facing room so it was very quiet . We didn’t try any of the hotel amenities since we checked in late and left early . We did try the free breakfast offering . We were pleasantly surprised the quality and variety of food available to choose from . We almost didn’t even go look since at most hotels it is an unpleasant ( gross ) experience. It was very clean in the food area and the food was good ( come on it is free and a buffet but it was actually good ! ) All the employees were very nice we encountered.

Loved our stay. Sleeping area and bathrooms nice and upgraded. Coffee, fridge, and microwave. Actually working windows. Best breakfast I've had at a Best Western.
