The room was clean and comfortable. When I checked in the room was cool so I set the temperature and it was well maintained. The water for the shower and shaving was comfortably hot, but not dangerously hot. Finding the correct entrance to access the only elevator was a bit of a challenge. The elevator was in the middle of the building, but I was misdirected to the far end of the building to park, Since I am using a cane I need the elevator to get to the third floor and the two fire doors between the elevator and my room were a bit of a problem to navigate with the cane and a suitcase.

Arrived to check in and discovered that my reservations were wrong. The gentleman at the counter (Jake) was very understanding and professional as he tried to figure out how to solve my issue. A young lady name Mykala came out to offer her assistance and between the two of them they were able to fix my issue. They were both very helpful and made some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I was extremely grateful for the two of them.

My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but its ws constantly out of food. Breakfast is served for 0600-0900, but when I went at 0815 there was no almost no eggs or bacon and people were steadily coming in to eat. The young lady who was very nice and professional kept asking everybody if they wanted her to make more breakfast. This made no sense to me. Just make the food when there is still another 45 minutes left in breakfast and people were just pouring in. Otherwise the food was very good and my stay was very pleasant. Special thanks to Jake and Mykala for their outstanding service.

This was one of the worst Comfort Inn/Suits I have ever stayed at because of the condition and cost of the room, The hallways were dark and dingy. The room smelled, the carpet was filthy. The toilet was only about 10 inches off the floor. TV was terrible.I can’t believe I paid over $200 to stay at this dump.

This motel needs to be removed from the Choice Hotel listing. Please avoid this motel!!
