The team was super friendly. Great Value. They have just redone their guestrooms and the pool area was amazing. Super surprised in a good way. Only downfall is trying to find which entrance. There are 2 on 2 different roads. Just follow the signs - not your GPS.
First of all the elevator was broken the entire time I was there so I had to carry my own bags up and down the stairs I was there for six days and my room was never cleaned I even requested my room to be cleaned three times while I was there I had to go get my own clean towels. They were never towels in the pool area so I had to take towels from my room down to the pool and the hot tub jets only worked half the time I did request a manager to call me during my stay and left a note when I left and the manager never bothered to call. This is terrible customer service.
Room was extremely noisy, you could hear everyone talking in the hallway and in the rooms next door. Water in bathroom didn't get very warm at all. Bed was a hard brick. I got food poisoning while in Bozeman and had to extend my stay by one day and had a heck of a time getting this resolved.
Warm, friendly, and accommodating staff. The suite is spotless and the whole place is in great shape and well cared for. The suite is roomy and very nice with a separate bedroom and a comfy living room. Microwave and fridge are included as well as 2 large screen TV sets. This place is very well run and the staff should be proud of their hard work.
The best were nice and the room was clean. The bathroom floor was freezing, the toilet rocked side to side and the tub floor was squishy, shower curtain was too long and gross and the water was hard to adjust. I was either freezing or being scalded.
