We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and they have a shuttle. The front desk staff were very friendly, and beyond helpful. The room itself smelled awful and had three working lights (including the ceiling) but was otherwise tidy. We were only staying for a night so we made the best of it. There were some scary people wandering the downstairs hallways and sitting outside their rooms, so that made doing a quick load of laundry an unpleasant task. The breakfast in the morning was really good. They are renovating half of the hotel, so here's hoping things will improve soon!

Checked in 9/11, checked out: 9/12. Made reservation over two weeks prior.

Location is in a good location to visit Bozeman. However, after checking in we went to our room. The linens and towels had been replaced, but nothing else had been cleaned. Coffee pot was missing, in-room safe was locked and could not be opened, informed desk clerk, but nothing happened. Tried to talk with manager in the morning, but she had not arrived by 9:00 AM. Sent email to manager that evening describing our less than positive experience with request for partial credit against $189. plus tax bill. Heard nothing back as of this morning, two and a half days after my email. My wife ended up cleaning the room with some sanitary wipes we had in our car. Prior to checking out we visited the breakfast room at 7:30 AM. At that point there was no milk, skim, whole etc. We were told it would be available the next day.

This hotel was not safe, the room was filthy, many items were broken or missing, and I was charged $273.47 for a miserable night.

Door C was broken and easily entered by anyone off the street.
There was a hairdryer mount in the bathroom, but the hairdryer was missing.
The sink faucet moved several inches when touched.
There was a tray with coffee packets for making coffee, but the coffee brewer was missing.
There was a tv, but it was broken and only showed a screen with “Network Error”.
The rollaway bed mattress was just springs barely hidden by lumpy fabric, and no bedding was provided.
A used face mask and plastic spoon were on the floor by the bed.

This was an obvious parts room, cannibalized to make other rooms serviceable, but the staff went through the motions of pretending to be surprised at the condition of our room. We actually considered sleeping in our vehicle and taking our chances with the shirtless man who was yelling for 3 hours in the parking lot.

AVOID BOZEMAN DAYS INN & SUITES!
