Checked in 9/11, checked out: 9/12. Made reservation over two weeks prior.
Location is in a good location to visit Bozeman. However, after checking in we went to our room. The linens and towels had been replaced, but nothing else had been cleaned. Coffee pot was missing, in-room safe was locked and could not be opened, informed desk clerk, but nothing happened. Tried to talk with manager in the morning, but she had not arrived by 9:00 AM. Sent email to manager that evening describing our less than positive experience with request for partial credit against $189. plus tax bill. Heard nothing back as of this morning, two and a half days after my email. My wife ended up cleaning the room with some sanitary wipes we had in our car. Prior to checking out we visited the breakfast room at 7:30 AM. At that point there was no milk, skim, whole etc. We were told it would be available the next day.
