This Days Inn is miles ahead of most other Days Inn we've stayed with. Cleaner, friendlier, make your self at home pleasure. Even cookies 🍪 😋 free at night. This place is the best hands ✋ down. Pet friendly, pool, hot tub, excersize equipment, almost everything you would enjoy or want. They treat you right. Room was perfect. Worth the stay. Even the housekeeper left a note and a couple of mints thanking us for our stay.

While the service was good, our Room dirty and smelled bad. The breakfast was terrible, barely edible and little choice. The first room we were assigned was so small it barely fit a double room. We were able to move. The coffee maker did t work. Lights were out. The tv went on and off. We booked through Hotwire.
I ignored other reviews and booked a stay. Upon arrival I showered and reported tub not draining. Never fixed and spent three days showering in inches deep cold, soapy water from previous shower. My room was never serviced in three days. I took shampoo off cleaning carts. Actually ran out of toilet paper due to no service. Sheets were stained. Just really bad. Coffee maker no coffee, paper cups. Not even 2 star. Did not bolster my confidence traveling in a Covid world.
We had reservations through Priceline we arrived went to the room and first thing when we walked in I actually gagged the horrific smell from musty and dirty and old smelly and ancient box air conditioner.
My husband went down to desk.to tell the Manager she goes to another room. And says this one is better. Again filthy dirty toilets in all 3 rooms.
We took the 3rd room just because of exhaustion and it was newer but still had a dirty toilet. Now to me that is by far the worst kind of laziness and lack of cleanliness there is. We have been trying to get our money refunded to no avail through Priceline

My wife and I were on a two-week vacation in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. We stayed at this hotel for one night. We got all our bags in the room and my wife went to use the restroom and there were two lights in the bathroom one was burnt out and the other one was flickering. There was a dirty leftover towel behind the door, not that big a deal. The toilet paper roll was on the tub because there wasn't a toilet paper roll holder. Maintenance came up and fixed those items, then we went to watch TV and there was no signal so the manager came to fix that. As we are watching TV my wife noticed the black mold on the wall and ceiling and that was a deal-breaker so I went to front desk,( the night manager was very helpful and pleasantl, she moved us to a king suite. My wife went to wash her face before bed and the faucet was flopping around it wasn't even tightened down and the sink was clogged so you couldn't run the water very long. Out of our two weeks vacation staying in several different hotels, not once did we have to contact the front desk or have any major issues until we got to this hotel. Maintenance is lacking, definitely not enough communication between the hotel maids and the maintenance crew or the managers. Very disappointed I emailed the hotel and have not heard back.
