Poor customer service.
Had been here a few times. But has a not so great experience a few fridays ago.
We arrive about an hour before closing (FYI - they close early Fridays... we did not realize this until we got there). They charged us full price for our baby ($8 for a less than 1 year old). Since we had to pay for our baby, we decided to take her in for about 5 min...
Had some rude staff that checked us in and that would not help us out when we were looking for towles (they were out in the main pool area). We just received some very rude responses as he walked by, without a care to help out our family. (same guy that checked us in).
Was not a very family friendly experience for us.

We made a stop here on our Bozeman trip. I didn’t get great instructions from the front desk, which would’ve been nice since it was my first time. We asked a few times where towels were and they just pointed and said ‘through the doors’, but we could never find them. It turns out it was because there were none left. We went out to the outside pools without them. When we came back an hour later, there were still no towels.

The outside atmosphere at night was really cool with the band playing. I probably wouldn’t have enjoyed it without the band.

Overall, it did feel a little dirty, but I guess that’s to be expected in a public pool.

Went during February. The place has a great view of the snow-capped mountains. They offer some instructional steps for going through the different pools for anyone who isn't sure how to go about the temperatures. Go with the idea in mind that you're there for sensation and a view.

I’ve been going to the springs for 30+ years. Some things have really improved like the outdoor pools. (They are awesome but have chlorine). Inside, bleh! Locker rooms are disgusting and dirty. NOT worthy of the $20 a person cost. Inside hot pools are skin soup

We live in West Yellowstone and every time we go here it has become worse. For two adults and a ten year old it was sixty dollars. The inside pools were disgusting. The smaller inside pools had a thick film of grease floating on the water. The drains were not visible because the water was too cloudy. Also, they now allow towel usage-which for the price I thought was a good thing- until there were piles of wet used towels everywhere. My son pulled two towels from the outside pool. You would think with the steep increase in price it would be becoming better and better. Living where we do I understand the outrageous prices even we locals pay but for such nasty water it was totally ridiculously overpriced..
