Home away from Home, this cabin had it all. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town, we were close enough to bike or walk into downtown Bozeman but removed enough that we felt like we were in our own oasis. The porch as you enter is nice for lounging with coffee in the mornings and tapas in the evening. The flow from the living room, dining room, to kitchen is open yet cozy. We held a small dinner party with local friends, from setting the table to cookware, we had everything we needed. The sleeping accommodations were perfect with one bedroom upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs and a bathroom on both levels, we never felt crowded. Overall the unit was comfortable, clean, and had everything we were looking for with nice attention to detail. I will be definitely recommending this rental to friends and would rent this cabin again and again. Thank you. Best -jmw
I live in Bozeman and had girlfriends come in from out of town. It was such a perfect place to relax and connect. The cabin is simple, clean, spacious, modern AND cozy. A perfect blend. The beds are so comfortable. We rode bikes to the coffee shop, bakery, local meat shop, grocery, downtown restaurants, and live music - so so fun. We were close to family friendly hiking adventures too in and around the Bridgers. The front porch is so relaxing with either a glass of vino or a cup of coffee. The grounds are beautiful with gorgeuous flowers, a squirrel named Red and a baby raven flying around. Thanks so much Reno and Heather for creating such a great place for people to experience and explore Bozeman from! Can NOT wait to use this property for friends and family coming though town again.
I booked Cabin on Montana for friends coming to visit Bozeman, Montana. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars and in historic neighborhood with easy access to Bridger Bowl as well. Reno, Heather, Hazel and Harper are gracious and knowledgeable hosts and I know they put a lot of energy into making Cabin on Montana a comfortable and inviting space. If you are visiting Bozeman I highly recommend Cabin on Montana as a base camp for outdoor adventure or family gatherings.
This location is close to everything, coffee shops, breweries and restaurants all with in a few blocks. Everything in the home is new, appliances, beds, towels you name it. The hosts provided coffee, tea, and nice kitchen essentials like olive oils, vinegar and more. Reno and Heather both are super knowledgeable about everything in Montana and are great hosts. Staying here feels like you're "living like a local" and we can't wait to return and stay again.
I can't say enough about the fun that we have when we fly over with the family from seattle. We're 1hr 45min from our paradise. We've visited in the winter (great skiing at Bridger 30 min away) and in the summer (endless hiking, biking, rafting and fly fishing). The "cabin" is awesome... fully updated, great beds, walking distance to town, and delightfully quiet when you want it. I could not recommend the facilities, the Walsh as hosts included, any higher. We will return again and again.
