Boothill Inn has the best staff around. They are all friendly, helpful, and go out of their way make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and the location is near the airport, which is all a plus. My husband and I need to be in Billings for a week each month, and we choose to keep coming back to Boothill Inn because of their great staff.
It is a wonderful little hotel with an awesome breakfast. The small pool is a great place for kids. The staff is really friendly and cheerful and they offer an advanced check in. We stayed in a family suite complete with bunk beds for kids. The grown up beds are really comfortable.
She was very courteous, and got us checked in quickly. She explained all the amenities in the hotel, and was fun and friendly. In our experience, she was the most accomplished ambassador for a hotel that we have experienced in our two week travel to go to as many National Parks as possible in two weeks!
We really enjoyed our stay at Boothill Inn & Suites. They picked us up at the airport in a timely amount of time and everyone from the shuttle driver to the desk clerk were very friendly and imformative. They will willing to accommadate us with making another reservation when we didn't know if it would work out or not. The room was very clean and breakfast was great.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We plan to stay here again when we are in the area. The airport shuttle was helpful. The breakfast was good and met our needs. The only issue we had was the shower curtain didn’t keep all the water in the tub, so the floor got wet.
