We stayed at St Charles location on April 28-30th. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to check in and park - our room was gorgeous. On Saturday, we left our hotel around 9 am and returned at 4:45, to our surprise our room had not been cleaned. Around 5, a housekeeper asked if she could clean, we told her to give us 10 minutes to change and she could. We left and went to eat - my husband returned to the room at 6:30 and room was still not clean and he went to the front desk to report and was told it would be taken care of. After getting ill at the casino, we returned to our room at 9:30 and it still was not cleaned! We were furious - back to the front desk to speak with a supervisor. She was apologetic and gave us a $30 food voucher - which we don’t feel equated to the problems we encountered. Finally around 10 someone came to clean the room and told us it would be 45- an hour to clean. Due to not feeling well, went and sat in the lobby. Upon re-entering our room, you could clearly tell the towels were replaced, bed made but nothing else was done. Very disappointing when we are paying $300/night. We were so excited to visit this resort - it was a total let down.
