First of all, the picture does not do justice to how nice the condo is! When you walk in, you know you are in a first class condo. Everything is up to date and with the latest technology. The tvs are all equipped with Amazon Fire and give you access to Netflix, Youtube, Hulu and Amazon Prime in addition to cable channels. The refrigerator and other appliances are first rate as well. In the bedrooms you will find high end bedding on very comfortable beds. The showers are equipped with huge, first class shower heads that you can adjust. Off the back bedroom is a gorgeous view of the Ozark Mountains. After staying in condos with outdated decor and appliances and tv's worse than I have in my own house, this was really a treat. Note--there is not a bathtub if you need that. Also, the kitchen and living room are really in one smaller room at the front of the condo. So, there isn't an enormous hangout living room to spread out in. For the five of us it wasn't a problem, but just thought I would note it. Great experience! Very convenient to SDC!
This condo is amazing. The location is perfect and it’s furnished beautifully. I would have given it five stars, but the front desk ruined it. After checking in, we inspected the condo and went to dinner. Later that evening while getting ready for bed, we turned on the television in the master bedroom and everything was working fine, but the television in the living room and second bedroom was only gray static. I am fairly tech savvy and we have Direct TV at home (same as condo) and I couldn’t figure out the problem. It was late (after 10pm), but I sent the owner an email and they responded promptly and told us to see the front desk in the morning and they would send someone to help us. Not a big deal. We left early in the morning and didn’t bother messing with the TV. Upon checking out my husband informed the front desk about the issue, to which the gentleman replied that they are aware of the issue but they rent the condo out anyway. I am not upset about the TVs not working. We didn’t drive 4+ hours to watch TV all weekend. I am upset that a known problem was not conveyed to us upon check in. I find that very conniving and just plain rude. I do not fault the owners of the condo as it appeared they were unaware of the issue. We would still stay in this unit again as it was perfect for our family needs, but if you want to watch TV, you might want to ask in advance if they are all functioning.
