Bay of Many Coves Resort is located directly in the Queen Charlotte Sound, accessible by watertaxi or helicopter only. From the modern and very clean rooms you can enjoy a perfect view over the bay.
The hosts and stuff are just perfect and if needed they can organise hiking tours on the Queen Charlotte Track including boat transfers. Of course you can explore the Queen Charlotte Track starting directly from the resort. Making the very steep way up to the highest point of the Sound at Bay of Many Coves Lookout requires good perseverance, but the view is absolutely worth it. You can also take one of the resort's various kayaks or dinghies and start the exploration of the Sound by water.
We had dinner at the resort's restaurant which is famous for its beef and venison (also 5 out of 5!). I would recommend to book your stay including breakfast and dinner since Bay of Many Coves Resort is an absolute hideaway and there is no access to any other restaurant. If you want, you can bring some food for self-sufficiency in the (small) room-included kitchen, but it is the better choice to have your meals in the resort.More
