Convenient to Mayo Clinic. Nice restaurant onsite. Restaurant staff is ex ellen and can help with dietary restrictions. Very accommodating to clinic patients. Parking convenient on site. Music in restaurant was below our room and a bit too loud. I would request a room on the other side next time.

When you only travel to Rochester to go to the Mayo clinic, it's not a fun trip anyway. When things changed and we cancelled the hotel, we got a voicemail. We explained the situation and cancelled the reservation. They never got back to us and charged us full price for the hotel room. I guess there are no caring people at this hotel, I'd suggest you stay away from it.

Room tip: Make sure you can get a real person to talk to because they don't return voicemail

We have stayed here many times, and sad to say it really needs an overhaul. We were in room 229. The sink faucet was really dirty and in poor shape. Yuck. The beds were comfortable. Dirty bathroom floor. Breakfast was fair. Two staff sat the whole time. Did not wipe off tables. Food ran out at 7:00. The only good thing is the proximity to the Mayo Clinic.

We originally booked for a five night stay, but because of medical complications stayed for about 11 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomidating. We had a mini-suite and it was very spacious and well appointed. The hotel was connected to the Mayo Clinic via the "subway" (underground passageway), which made it very convenient.
