The Gite was very pretty but the steps to the bathroom were very difficult especially for young children and older people they were like a wooden step ladder. The towels (charged 5€ per person) were the smallest towels we have ever been provided with. Sheets to hire were anď additional 10 € PER BED! ... We had to get several of our towels out to use and they were still wet after 24hrs because nothing would dry in the damp basement as the window did not open and there was no extractor fan.
There were no instructions for the microwave which was supposed to be a combi but it was very difficult to refresh bread and failed to cook a pizza. There was no tin opener or garlic press provided and no bread chopping board. I appreciate most people don't cook on holiday but we do!
The top floor bedroom was so remote from the other room I would not recommend for very young children but would be good older children and for 2 couples.
There was a washing machine and dishwasher; a large fridge freezer and 2 ring gas cooker. The internet worked 1 day only but as we were only staying 2 days we didnt bother to disturb the owner on a Sunday.
The garden and unheated pool looked excellent for summer enjoyment. The area was quiet and presumably ideal for summer holiday if you don't mind the steep steps every time you want the toilet.
We would not want stay again due to the the inconvenience of the bathroom.
