Great hotel. Great restaurant next door called the ninety niner. There are NO microwaves in the rooms but the hotel staff had one delivered before I could get settled in and out the door to the DCU Center. Great Hot breakfast on the 2nd floor with Turkey Sausage for us who don't eat pork. Plus don't forget the hot Cinnamon Rolls that they're famous for! Yum Yum. Large luggage carts. Easy access free parking lot for guests and right off the freeway. Walking distance to the DCU Center too. Yes, Yes, Yes, I will be DOING IT AGAIN here!

This Express has to be one of the best we have stayed at. From check in to check out this staff goes above and beyond in customer service. From the great front desk staff of Claribel and Tim to the nice touch of having snacks and bottled water in the lobby. Also a great room with a mini refrigerator, and a nice free breakfast with lots of choices. This was not our first visit and I am sure we will stay here again. Kudos to the entire staff.

Spent a night here recently and found the property to be clean, the staff nice, and the rates competitive for the area.
The property is older, as others have mentioned, but well maintained. Location is great with many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to The Palladium and The DCU Center.
There is free self-parking onsite.
The front desk staff was quick with a "hello" and efficient at check-in and check-out.

We booked a king room and found it to be tidy, and the bed comfortable. Our room was equipped with a mini fridge, which is always nice, and the AC worked well.
The bracket holding the TV was sagging, which meant an odd viewing angle, and the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work, but these were minor detractors.
Bathroom space was tight when the door was open, but adequate. No ventilation fan which meant the mirror fogged quickly. Again, no biggie, but would have been nice.
There is a typical continental breakfast included with both hot and cold items.

Our only real gripe was that check-out is at 11 a.m., but the housekeeping staff started knocking on our door at 9, despite the fact that we had put the "do not disturb" sign on the door the night prior. This happened twice until I finally opened the door and told them that we would be a bit. I know they are on a schedule but why have "do not disturb" signs if the staff just ignores them?

Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would return, although I would make a special request to not be disturbed in the morning.

Thanks for writing about your experience and we appreciate the detail of your comments. We always need to know those items which need to be improved.

We are glad that you found our staff friendly and our hotel clean. Our complimentary breakfast buffet is extensive and we will be featuring the new brand Breakfast Express in the summer - more freshly prepared items and a new look.

I have shared your comment about check out - it is certainly not our policy to disturb guests prior to check out. You will find that you will be able to sleep in the next time you visit Worcester.

I stayed here, recently. The staff were all polite and friendly. The shower was great, with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was good, with hot and cold choices. I found the bed and pillows to be too soft, but that's just me. I really didn't have any issue with noise. The hotel only has breakfast onsite, but there are several restaurants, 99 and Unos, within easy walking distance. They do have free coffee and tea, as well as bottled water and chips, available for free, in the afternoon.

This was a very pleasant surprise - from check in to departure: the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the room very clean with a large flat screen HDTV and high speed password protected WiFi. The best part was the included American Breakfast served from 6AM - with hot and cold dishes, juices, good coffee and choice of pre-made omelettes. All were available for on-the-go if needed. Free ample parking and a very convenient location make this a good choice for a Worcester hotel.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms are on same level as Breakfast Room - convenient!

Thank you for your comments about your visit - you touched upon everything that makes our hotel great and not bad for a "pleasant surprise." Noting what you wrote about breakfast we will be rolling out an improved breakfast in the summer - more fresh items cooked with state of the art ovens and new outlook. We hope to see you when your travels bring you back to Worcester.
