Searched internet for a good place to eat. Found this place. It was next to Panera & Melting Pot to give you an idea of cost.
Food was really good.
Ordered several different sushi rolls, hot & sour soup, and egg rolls. Best part lol was the chocolate fortune cookie 😉

I have been a returning customer for a few years now, but I am now unsure if that will continue. I placed an order for pick up, paid with a credit card and when I asked if I could leave a tip on the receipt, I was informed that cash would be preferable as they (the hosts) don't receive the credit card tips... the credit card tips go to the house. There wasn't even a disclaimer anywhere stating that the hosts wouldn't receive the credit card tips. This is disturbing and gross, if not illegal. I wonder how many customers tips intended for the hosts have gone to the house. I have worked in restaurants for a decade and I know first hand that hosts make a dismal wage. I am curious as to why the house feels it's okay to take the money that was left as an appreciation for their already low paid staff.

Everyone knows those restaurants that just call to you...they're so good that you have to go once or twice a week. That's BAMBOO! They have the best buffet I've ever had and yes occasionally the buffet will run low but they keep bringing out more at least until about 1:30 as at 2pm the buffet closes.

I have never had anything but great experiences at Bamboo. I recommend it to everyone.

This long standing restaurant has historically been much better. Recently, a chicken broccoli order was significantly undercooked which is dangerous. We obviously sent it back and it returned unchanged. As a result, we had to order something else. Management never offered an apology. Although service was very good we probably will not return. There are too many other high quality opinions available.

Bamboo has always been one of my favorite chinese buffet restaurant. I was super excited to come here for lunch for my 40th birthday with my family. The food was good, nice and hot. Chicken wings were a bit over cooked, but everything else was good. There wasnt a lot of dessert options though, by the time I was ready for dessert, nothing was left, so that was a bit disappointing, same thing with the fruit. So I went to the bathroom and as I finished washing my hands, I saw an employee walk out of the bathroom stall and she walked to the sink, and at this point I am watching her and I realized she still had a glove on hand. So I am thinking okay she is going to toss this glove in the trash and wash her hands with soap and water since she just used the bathroom. But no....to my shock and utter dismay and disgust, she left the glove on (the glove they put on to handle food) she just simply opened the water splashed her hands under the water...then wiped on her apron and left. No soap....she didnt washed her hands with soap and left with still wearing glove on. I was so disgusted and went straight to the hostess and I told her what happened and honestly she seemed like I was bothering her. She asked whether the lady was wearing a white top....but at no point in time did she ever seem to be concerned or utter any apology or seem shocked. She never came to our table to say hey thank you for letting us know what happened, we spoke to the employee about the incident...nothing! There was no follow up what so ever. That was the first and last time I will be going to that location. Absolutely unacceptable! Utterly disgusting and just terrible. Disgusting for an employee to walk out without properly washing their hands and then keep their glove on that they touch food that customers eat. It's disturbing.
