They offer delivery and are good for kids. They have outdoor dining and parking. It is good for lunch and catering. They accept credit cards.

Received inedible, uncooked rice for three meals in a row now. Very frustrating and expensive. Cause chipotle has always been one of my favorite places to eat and with the cost of ordering take out you really WANT an edible meal at the very least not food you end up throwing in the bin that’s not right. After the second offense I stopped ordering them decided to give them another chance but same nonsense. Is it so hard to have the cooks look at the rice for doneness?? Because you don’t even have to taste their rice grains to know that water did not penetrate the rice.

I've eaten at the Westford Chipotle several times. The quality of service at this location is rather inconsistent. One time I ordered some chips and guacamole and ended up with stale chips. Another time I ordered quesadillas and they completely forgot to include one of the requested sides. Compared to other Chipotles I've visited, this one could use some improvement.

Worst experience ever. Rude manager and staff. They are all careless. Constantly getting orders wrong. Will never ever recommend this store’s location.

My kids wants Chipotle for lunch. I went to store and was told they do not accept order in person. I then asked if I can make a call to place an order. I was told it is automatic phone and the order might not go through. I was told that I have to order online or use their app.

I then order online. It asked me to enter not only my credit card information, but also my phone number and the email address (both). For a lunch, I have to give out my private information, I had to give up the order. This is not pleasant.
