One of the worst food that I’ve ever eaten. I realized (with some research) that they were bought out last year and I also realized that Burtons Bar & Grill and Burton’s Grill are 2 different restaurants with different owners/investors. I was so applauded that I had to research afterwards. Beware!

Nice atmosphere, attentive service. Food was high-quality and well prepared. I was in a party of 8 and while the food took a bit of time to arrive, everyone enjoyed the meal and we probably had 5 different dishes between the 8 of us. Price is not cheap, but for the occasional splurge it was a good way to spend time with friends.
I have only been to Burtons maybe 3 times over the past 10 years but each time it did not disappoint.

EXCELLENT Haddock Sandwiches! The Staff was very friendly and attentive! We were seated outside per our request, and inside was clean and new. We'll definitely go again!

Burton’s continues to be a local go-to for a hi quality meal with friends. My friend and I had a few glasses of wine and each got the chicken risotto.It’s consistently excellent with the most tender chicken you can imagine. Order full size and you have your next night’s dinner as well. Our sever, Alyssa, was attentive despite having a large party to attend to nearby. The manage came by to check in, which is always appreciated.

The chicken cordon blue wasn’t anything close to the original recipe. It was chicken with prosciutto and cheese on top. Too salty and too dry. I can make this at home far better than was offered and a lot less experience.
Very disappointing.
Won’t go back there again.
