A group of 14 gathered for a friends night out to eat at Karma last week. We are all neighbors and one couple organized the get together. Several couples had dined here but it was the first time for my wife & I. We had a reserved dining area off the main dining room. Very comfortable and quiet for all 14 of us to socialize.

It was a bit hectic when we first arrived. Cocktails were ordered but several people waited 10 or so minutes before their drinks arrived. Service improved quickly as the hostess got things under control with additional staff to meet our needs. However, the cocktails were extremely good. I had their Mai Tai, two if your counting, and it was very good..

Ordering food was difficult with 14 trying to determine appetizers for sharing and main dishes to share among all of us. One couple, the organizers, took control and recommended apps for starters with each of us picking favorites to round out the final choices. The apps were delicious. We had several to get a taste of most everything offered. The chicken wings were huge. The ribs, with sauce, were mouth watering. The lettuce wraps were out of this world great! There was not an app that I tasted that was not excellent. Everything ordered was shared amongst all of us.

The organizers made their main dish recommendations and others who had been there also helped us with ordering. The main dishes were ordered and served within a reasonable time. Considering the amount of food ordered I thought service was very good after the initial drink order wait we experienced. Once again we shared main dish favorites so we all got to taste many delectibles.

The main dishes were equally delicious as the appetizers. There was so much food ordered, I can't recall everything but trust me it all was fantastic. Beef, fish, wraps, chicken, pork, simply delicious! The portions were huge. Several, my wife included, took food home to enjoy for another meal.

I have to say the entire experience was wonderful. Getting out with 14 friends,
and neighbors, to socialize, eat, drink and just have fun together was a great night out.

You must experience Karma. I feel the Chinese/ Korean/Japanese food is the best I've had. My wife and I will definitely be back. Perhaps on a lighter scale next time with appetizers and cocktails at the bar. Can't wait to return.

Karma restaurant shines bright in an area where good Asian restaurants are hard to find. Originally recommended by word of mouth, we continue to go back again and again and never leave disappointed. Every menu item that we have ordered has arrived hot and delicious and fast. The sushi artistry is fresh, full of flavor and will most certainly be appreciated by the most discriminating sushi connoisseurs.
The restaurant ambiance is quiet and comfortable, while still feeling suave. Cloth napkins, quality cutlery, and a very attentive wait staff always makes the experience top-notch.
If Karma hasn't been on your radar screen, make a point to try it. You won't be sorry and will probably find your new favorite!

Karma is surprisingly big on the inside. They have a large bar, and are well-stocked with spirits and wine.

The menu has something for everyone... Chinese (including Szechuan), Japanese (including a good sushi bar) and Korean! I like that the varieties go beyond typical neighborhood Chinese, as I like a little kick over too sweet.

The best deals are at lunchtime... try it out then to get your initial experience; you'll be back!

A yacht for two will feed two very well. The variety of fish changes each time. Sometimes there's octopus, and always at least two kinds of tuna, and salmon. The sashimi comes on a bed of daikon and shiso leaves. They have a subtle yuzu sauce that they put on mackerel once in a while, but you should ask for it each time; it really makes the fish taste wonderful. There's a nice miso soup and ginger-vinaigrette salad included as appetizers. We also always order a dish of Hot Volcano, which is never exactly the same, but always delicious. Mai-tais are strong and tasty.
