“Close and comfortable”
The landlord Jonathan lives on the property. He was always around and helpful if we needed anything. Everything was clean and in good working order. It is a nicely renovated building, an apartment with a loft bedroom. Quite a few stairs to the entrance. We stayed 11 nights, provided our own housekeeping. We had bikes with us, and the biking was great. The main dock of Provincetown is about 2 miles away. Nice feeling of privacy: the fairly busy road was close, but because we were up high it didn't feel that way; the view out the windows was of green trees.

Thank for you positive feed back. The only thing I would correct is that by the odometer in my truck the main pier is exactly a mile from our property though it may feel like two miles.
