This is a magnificent and imposing structure serving as the center of town government and serving as a preforming art venue. Even with a major renovation that was finished in 2010 it has not lost a bit of its old charm. The front reflects the town roots as a fishing village. The inside has an ornately, but understated beauty with rich deep wood floors, chair walls and trim. Large historical murals are throughout. The lower level is dedicated to the business of running the town including clerks, licencing, and  residential and commercial needs etc. The two staircases flanking the foyer  lead to the second floor, opening to a grand landing which overlooks Commercial Street. This is where the theater is and all forms of entertainment are performed. The third level is the balcony section generally accessible only at show times. Free to enter it is an amazing part of the towns past and present.

In the heart of Provincetown. Welcoming and well maintained. A MUST VISIT! Close to everything and steps from the docks. Landmark building with seats to rest at and a Farmers market with GREAT goods.

Usually stop in for a bathroom break at the Town Hall. Walking up the stairs you can see all the old architecture and the beautiful old wood stairs.
Always something going on in front of the building, with someone playing guitar or seeing.

Holy cow had an amazing experience over the weekend here. Saw the Gay Men's Chorus Christmas show at Town Hall. Never been inside before and I was blown away. The mixture of historical architecture combined with the modern speakers and lights were amazing.

Staff were super friendly working the event to keep everything running smoothly and on time.

The acoustics were great and truth be told there really wasn't a bad seat at all. The seats up in the gallery were awesome and the seats on the main floor were great. There was also a bar setup in the back which was awesome as well!

Such a great night!!!
