We had a very nice two-bedroom suite, and I felt quite pampered there. The place was very clean and nicely upkept. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen, incl. a full-size fridge and even a dishwasher. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, so it was a bit of a waste for us. The only somewhat negative I can think of right now is that the breakfast was only so-so. The only hot items were waffles and I think oatmeal. It would have been nice if it had bacon and eggs or something like that, but really it's just a small thing. We were very very happy here, and the people were tremendously nice and helpful.

My favorite thing about this place was the people who work there. All of them were super polite, professional and helpful and friendly. The ladies who checked us in were just lovely and the breakfast ladies were lovely, too. I really appreciate their wonderful service and kindness. The room was perfect for us, a two bedroom suite . We were there for a wedding and it was perfect. Quiet, comfortable and clean.

Like the larger rooms. The pool is outside. Breakfast service and selection is good. Housekeeping was very efficient and smiled a lot. The front desk was very helpful, especially Hannah and Ashley who helped us every time we asked them and included printing and scanning a work document i had.

Room tip: Get high floor but ask for a view if possible.

we booked the 2 bedroom suite for 5 of us and it worked out very well. the hotel is clean and up to date. the staff was friendly and helpful. we weren't aware that check in wasn't until 3 and arrived prior to that. They were able to get us a room with just a short wait to make sure one was ready. The breakast is small but adequate. I was disappointed to learn waffles are only available on the weekends. We were visiting salem and the hotel is very conveniently located. Also in this day and age of electronics it is nice to note there are plenty of outlets for all of your charging needs. Had dinner at a brittish pub just down the road. The food was great, beer menu extensive. plenty of other dining options near by

Nice rooms, kitchen and living room. Would stay here again. Comfortable beds. Clean. Suite is little small if you are family of 4 on a rainy day with nothing to do, even with a 2 bedroom suite. You walk through bathroom sink area to get to toilet and tub. Again, tiny. You have to squish into an area in order to open doorway from toilet to sink area and/or close it. Entry from main Rd is tricky, you actually have to go by the hotel, turn around and come back to it. Lot of traffic on main road so tricky to get in and out of.
