We stayed here towards the end of September. The hotel seemed to take good precautions during the pandemic.Labels in our room made clear that things had been sanitized, and front desk people confirmed that the many dishes and utensils in the dishwasher had been washed and were clean for us. It was nice and reassuring.
The suite was nice, and reasonably priced, I thought. There is a bedroom, and a large living room, with kitchen, and each room had a TV. Living room had a couch and a comfy chair. Bathroom worked well.
Noise level at night was good. We got delivery from a couple places that delivered to our door. Nearby, you can walk to Dunkin Donuts, and liquor store. It is easy to get on and off of Interstate.

We have been here for two weeks. Ariana, Mary Ann and Tammy are super helpful and friendly. The suite has a small kitchen and living room and rooms are very clean. Definitely a good spot for an extended stay.

Homewood Suites Canton is located half a mile or so off I-93. The location is quiet. Not much of a restaurant scene around - but a 5-10 minute drive will give you plenty of options. The 1 bed room suites are spacious and nice.
From a COVID perspective, it seems like they are taking things seriously following Hilton’s guidelines for a Clean Stay. Good move by the hotel to place wipes by the elevators. Staff was wearing masks properly over the nose. Good work.

Not pleased. Didn’t feel like a diamond member. Stay here often because of location. Room was dirty and not cleaned. Dirty dishes in the sink. Mold in the bathroom. Didn’t feel like the quality was up to Hilton standards

Dear Compass41537139046, I'm very sorry that we did not meet your expectations for this stay. I can certainly understand your disappointment with the condition and cleanliness of the room. It may be possible that we failed to explain our limited housekeeping services during the COVID - 19 Pandemic. The limited services are a measure to help protect our guests and staff and reduce the potential spread of the virus. Regardless, we still failed to deliver upon the high standards that we set and known for. I hope that you were able to return home safely and are staying healthy.

Overall the people and staff was friendly. Room was very clean,Food was ok but eggs every day was boring. It needs an upgrade. The room was nice and Big. I found it a bit dark no light in the livingroom only lamps here and there. I didn't like that.The color brown made the room darker. I hope they upgrade their rooms to something more bright in the future and less lamps would make the room more spacious too. All an all it was good

Everytime travel to boston to visit my daughter college we always stayed at homewood suites but its first time trying this location. Its was superb . Very nice set up and accessible. All staff very friendly and helpful. This will be my new location I'm looking forward to be at everytime in boston
