First we had requested a double and when we arrived Friday evening, only Kings were available. The manager,Latisha, did a wonderful resolving the problem. The staff, as a whole was friendly and concerned with your comfort.
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Latisha is a great manager.

The hotel is nice. The room is nice and clean. The is bed is comfy-the location is convenient- then you go to sleep just to be disturbed by lawn service at 745 am to a truck backing up and then blowing leaves Like seriously ? They couldn’t have them wait till a decent hour ? Ruined the moment

The title says it all. Don't be fooled by the amenities list for this hotel. There is no indoor pool. There is a sign in the lobby pointing the way to the indoor pool that used to be here, but it is no longer accessible to hotel guests. I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool, knowing that my husband and young daughter were going to be stuck at our lodgings without a vehicle while I took my older daughter on college tours in the area, only to find out as we were standing in the lobby in our swimsuits, trying to follow the sign to nowhere, that the amenities listed when I booked were a lie and instead of a nice getaway with the kids, I'm now dealing with a disappointed 9 year old who will have nothing to do but stare at the TV all morning for the next few days.

Management did offer a refund if we chose to cancel and go elsewhere - a totally meaningless gesture since we're 11 hours away from home and there are no other hotels available in the area on such short notice for less than 4-5 times what I paid for this room.

So buyer beware. There's no telling how long it will take for the updated no-pool status to filter through the major internet booking sites.

We were on a road trip for 2 weeks started in Chicago to the finger lakes in Ny then to a wedding in Dennis port at cape cod our last visit was to the Boston area.

So happy we chose the “Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree “ Place to stay.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicole at the front desk. She was very professional with a great smile made the checkin process so easy.
We stayed in a very nice spacious room.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Free parking with complementary shuttle service. We needed to drop off our car rental at Budget in Braintree , Hyatt Place shuttle picked us up at that location brought us back to the hotel. Then we took the shuttle to Quincy Adams train stop so we could take the Mbta into boston and picked us up upon return.

Our last day the shuttle dropped us to Logan express to take the bus into Boston Logan airport for our flight home. The ease of our stay was mindless

We would like to give a big shout out to CAZ our shuttle driver he was so nice to us
such a asset to your hotel.

We highly l recommemd the Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree

Recently spent six nights here on a wedding trip to Boston. The location is great, Legal Sea Foods, Five Guys burger, and Ben & Jerry’s are in the same building, with a giant mall just across the street. The hotel was quite busy, mix of business and leisure travelers. Staff was good, housekeeping was very good. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard, that was the only food service we used, tons of other choices in the area. The property has been updated since its days as a Sheraton, but remains dated. This manefested itself with the only real problem with the hotel, lack of sleep. They still have the old ‘in the wall’ HVAC units to heat/cool/ventilate the rooms. You remember these units from the last century, questionable then, pathetic now. Very noisy when circulating air, sounded like a tour bus when trying to cool room. Basically made a good nights sleep impossible. I expect more from the Hyatt name, and with the price point of this property a good nights sleep should be included. It’s doubtful anything can be done about this issue, since these things are literally in the wall.
