My brother and I stopped by on a weekend afternoon. An all around ethically organized vision offering excellent distillations. I can't say enough about them so don't you dare pass up the chance.

I bet you've driven past them before. Don't do it again--it's worth stopping by. The only organic distillery in Maine. These guys are good and they don't cut corners. Sampled their vodka, blueberry vodka infusion, and whiskey. They were all good, although, I will say the vodka is pretty exemplary. I can't wait until these guys start their gin. Matt and his wife were kept busy in their sampling room for our stay--plenty of room for everyone, and it was great to hear his love for what he does, why he and a his partners started the distillery, and their devotion to being organic too. In fact, when we showed up to park, a local farmer was toting away some of the distilleries mash to use and recycle--waste not, want not.
