Tried to go on zipline today. Website said it was open the same hours the park was open. I showed up at 5:30pm, almost 90 minutes before the park closed at 7pm, and they said it was closed for the day. From what I've read, it seems fun, but I can't say for sure since I didn't get to ride. Advice to park operator: Please post accurate times on your website as to when attractions will be open, so that travelers can plan accordingly, especially those of us from out of state. God bless.

Hi, we are operational for the posted hours, can answer questions, and book tours for the following day. But due to the fact that tours take a minimum of 1.5hr we are unable up start tours later.
We do recommend calling and reserving your time in advance because tour times are limited and can sell out!
Hope you can join us next time you visit!

Very good. Pretty scary for me. I don't prefer to be so high. We did one sky bridge. Was very safe. Gave very good instructions ahead of time.

My eight year old daughter really wanted to try the free fall experience at the creation musuem. We thought it was pretty safe. The first staff member didnt know how to harness our daughter and it took another staff member to help. Once on top the staff member rigging up my daughter did not secure his safety strap properly and accidently wrapped it around my daughters jump line. When my daughter walked off, the safety line caught the jump line and swung my daughter towards the wood structure. She forcefully fell on the lower decking. In my opinion, this was an accident but negligent. I called the manager the next morning to talk. The first manager on shift did not know there was an incident. This tells me the organization did not care about the issue. I asked for a call back. They did but the second manager did not offer an apology, as a customer I felt they did not care. I did ask for more training for the staff. Since you have to sign the waiver and take full responsibility please do not trust this company with your daughters life. I have a full detailed video of incident to show the major error. We rushed our daughter to the ER. Nothing broken. Praise God. Remember its all at our expense if something happens not the companies or employees fault. Dont trust this company. Find another experience.

We went to the Ark Encounter for my birthday for the purpose of doing the Aerial Adventure course. I was a little aprehensive at first because our kids are 4, 6, and 8. But after getting past some inital jitters it wewnt extremely well. Our oldest was able to go along the course without assistance and my wife and I each helped one of our younger two. It was a challenge in and of itself for me to balance not only myself but our 4yr old. He is tall for his age but he was able to participate and did need help reaching some of the elements. The staff were great and very encouraging never pushing us to go faster but offering helpful tips. It certainly pushed our kids out of their comfort zones but they each enjoyed it and would do it again. I would highly recommend it as a great family bonding experience. As a parent you have to be confident as your kids are looking to you for security. We will be back for sure!

This is such a wonderful experience for someone interested in zip lining. High quality equipment, beautiful views and a memorable adventure!
This does require some fitness from a participant, not overly difficult but challenging in some ways.
They will take pics and give send them free to you!
One ride is a dual line for a half mile....over a lake!
Don’t miss this if you get the chance to do it!
