Very dated, the tub was stained, the bathroom mirror rusted. This hotel needs a major makeover. There are no charging stations as there are in most hotels; just 3 prong outlets. Also, we were out of the hotel from 9am until 5pm and no one cleaned or made up our rooms. It was a dismal experience.

Horrible bar/restaurant staff. Literally yelled at us that we needed to leave, WELL BEFORE closing! Will not be returning. Ms.Ann was the perfect example of professionalism, wish I could say the same for her coworkers. YIKES!
Wow! We can't say enough positive about this Hotel stay and all the staff! Amazing hospitality comes from Front desk all the way to the Restraunt employees and Housekeepers! Each employee was so happy to greet us and welcome us into their hotel! The rooms are beautiful! The positivity throughout the whole stay made us decide we will definitely be making a trip back to see them all! We highly recommend everything about DoubleTree Southbend Indiana and their restraunt!

My family and I visited as we attended a football game. The hotel was in a great location, we could walk to breakfast at Peggs and take short cab rides for dinners. The front desk staff were friendly and pleasant. Our room was small but workable as we were not visiting to lounge around. The bathroom door didn't completely shut, we did not say anything as it wasn't a dealbreaker. We requested additional blankets and pillows which were immediately brought to our room. Ashley, the atrium bartender, was a superstar and served free drinks and snacks (for tips). She was genuinely nice. Although a little pricey, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We expected a clean room. We didn't get even close to that. The room was so dusty you could write in it. The bathroom looked lik it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was hair stuck on the side of the shower wall. The garbage hadn't been changed.And the worst was the brown spots on the bathroom floor
