The food was excellent. It was the outside situation. One person in group needed to use handicap entrance. Parking lot was full so the person parked in the back - appeared to have to handicap parking available. However, after walking to the handicap ramp, saw four handicap parking spots, but they were at the end of a driveway with an arrow marking the opposite direction. Second, the ramp was a rusty metal ramp on quite the slope. Entrance was through a dirty white door - probably a help entrance. In order to get to the front of restaurant, person had to walk through entire dining area. On leaving the restaurant, using the ramp again, it, was ,of course, steep.. If a person has little control of walker, they easily could fall at the end which had a small concrete path followed by three steps into a lower portion of the building. That's a big safety hazard.

This house, restaurant had a lot of character. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed touring the home, including the 4th floor and basement. I loved the prime rib. Check the website for days and times, the restaurant is open Wed-Sun

Pretty average food in a unique location. You are able to walk all over the house and read about the history of the family that brought the Studebaker to America. Our server was great, and offered a lot of fun tips, but the food really is mediocre.

Our group of 29 recently had a special event lunch in the State Dining Room. The food was amazing and Ella and Kevin did a great job serving the different courses promptly, professionally, and with courtesy. Kevin also gave us a history lesson about Tippecanoe. Thanks to Ella and Kevin for providing a wonderful dining experience!

Once again our daughter-in-law surprised us with her thorough planning expertise.

Highly recommend making a reservation for this amazing restaurant; ours was for 11 am on a Saturday.

Parking is plentiful and there are handicap spots. I did not see a handicap ramp.

The building was the home of the Studebaker family; it is now privately owned and operated as a restaurant and event venue.

Give yourself plenty of time to wander the four floors available to the public. Feast your eyes on the lush 1800s woodwork and furnishings. Allow your imagination to wander back to the glamorous life of the Studebakers.

We had our meal in the pub area on the second floor. Our waitress was very gracious, friendly and attentive. Prices are a bit cashy but the servings are plentiful . I had a delicious Mac and cheese dish. Our bill for four adults with tip and adult beverages was about $200.
