If you like overflowing garbage cans all over the lobby and dining area, or if you like the overwhelming smell of industrial cleaners, you will like this place.
Some recent remodeling went terribly wrong. The new bathroom floor tiles were just put on top of the existing floor so there was virtually no clearance for the door that just scraped on the floor and got harder the closer it was to being shut. Then once closed, you can't get out! My wife was stuck in the bathroom, and I had to kick the bottom of the door to get it unstuck.
And if you want to call the front desk, forget it. The room phone does not work. Also, no light in the sitting area, so you just have to use your cell phone light. Another nice surprise is that several outlets don't work. We plugged our phones in to charge and woke up with one fully charged, and the other was almost dead.
The real kicker was the breakfast. The "welcome to breakfast" sign was placed right over an overflowing garbage can that had been left for more than a day. But then again, it was good match to our room window view directly over the garbage area of the parking lot. And there were 4 parking slots full of garbage that didn't fit in the official garbage bins.
