We stopped here before heading to a Notre Dame hockey game. The place was very nice and staff was great. Our servers Nathan and Jacob were amazing. We sat at the bar and enjoyed drinks and menu items. We started with the pretzel bites. These were so good. Cooked just right and the sauce was so good we needed more. Then we ordered dinner. I ordered the build your burger with fried egg, bacon, sautéed mushrooms and onions cooked medium rare on a pretzel bun. This was amazing. The hamburger was fresh and with all the toppings very flavorful. My wife ordered the open face pastrami. This was a large sand icy with plenty of meat. The cook was great and spot on. We would recommend this place if you are visiting the South Bend area.

I generally do not rate a restaurant badly based upon 1 poor visit. We have been to this restaurant several times and generally had a good experience until the past several visits. The first, we were seated outside and forgotten. We waited 10 minutes for a menu, then left. The next time, my sister-in-law simply ordered a hot pretzel and it came frozen in the middle. She sent it back and it took 40 minutes to get another one back. They were not busy and even the manager came out and said that it would only be a few minutes. It was another 20 minutes after that. There was no credit to our bill offered. The rest of us were finished with the meal before she was given a warm pretzel...she took it to go.

We stopped here for lunch last weekend. This is a great bar/restaurant. The location is great and the food is good. They have plenty of seating and plenty of TV's to watch the big game. The food was good but not spectacular. The staff was friendly but not super fast. Overall, I enjoyed it. I'd definitely come back.

Sllllllooooow service. Staff nice but once we were seated none talked w us! We waited at least 10 or more min and no one came to the table. A server cleared a table next to us and never looked our way. Finally saw a manager looking dude straightening a salt shaker on the cleared table and asked him for a beer menu and the name of our server. He brought us water and a server appeared within a minute. Service was fine after that, but we probably would have left if we hadn't seen the "plaid shirted Mgr guy straightening the next table...

Four of us each ordered different items. Everyone's meal was very good- burgers, tacos, turkey sandwich, and meatloaf. Service was very good.

Only negative- very, very loud - but it's a bar. So okay!
