Worth the stop

Clean toilets and can get a beer at 9am on a Tuesday

We've been passing near and stoped as previous reviews were good. The food is tasty and fresh. They have one of best local beers Velebitsko. Personell was very frendly. Prices are afordable or even cheap with comparison with turistic areas around Plitvice. The only remark was dishonesty, the prices on menu were not matching the one on bill (not even single ordered item). We noticed this later when we left so we did not get explanation why. Still I would visit place again, almost nothing left on the plate except flatbread (a little to moisty) and you know how it's when you are having lunch with kids.

We were half way from the Kuterevo Bear Sanctuary to Plitvice Lakes, with three starving teenagers. The food was delicious - special mention for the pizzas - and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Park at the supermarket, where you can stock up.

Note, cash only. But we got a full meal for five for HRK 260, so that wasn’t a problem.

Excellent roadside grill house near Plitvice lakes National Park. Affordable prices, great simple food, quick service, cold beer... what more can you ask for?
