After consulting a homepage of the Zip line Pazi Medo we planed a 3-day-trip to Rudopolje/Babin Potok. We called two days before to book places but were bitterly disappointed as an extremely rude lady/girl told us that they are closed Mondays (although the stated working hours on their homepage at that moment were Monday till Sunday). She didn´t even try to apologize and blamed other departments for the wrong information on their homepage.
However we were actually happy at the end because we found other very nice and funny entertainment like kayaking on the river of Gacka, e-biking around the hills etc. And even forthcoming and polite people.

We did the zip-lining in late September. It was really good, and we received great customer service. The company's communication was fantastic from the get-go, but especially after we made an additional booking in error, and everyone that we spoke to who worked there was friendly. The zip-lining experience is thrilling, definitely worth trying if you have not done this sort of thing before.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the zip line. All 4 of us planned this trip from Bulgaria to visit to the Plitvice lakes but mostly to try this zip line famous for being Europe's longest. We booked online and received a confirmation for our date. However, soon after that we received an update that the time we booked should be changed to another one. It was impossible for us to do it in the newly changed time and we changed the plan of our entire trip just to be able to do the zip line another day. Eventually, we received a confirmation that this is possible – 10 a.m., the first possible time when the zip line opens. And so, on the day we booked we headed for the place but found out that we`d be late so we called the zip line staff to let them know we were on our way. It was then we were informed that the zip line will be closed for the entire day due to strong winds. We were very disappointed, as this zip experience was one of the main things we wanted to do during our trip. Moreover, we changed our whole program so that we can visit it after the time change made by the zip line staff. We`ve done other stuff like that that depends on the weather and we`ve always been informed in advance if the activity is cancelled. In our case, we booked for 10 a.m. and were informed at 10 a.m. that the activity is cancelled. The stuff told us that this is their usual procedure – they come in the morning and check if the weather conditions are good. If not, they inform the tourists who have already booked in the last possible moment – the same day!
I`d say that this is very, very unprofessional!

Somebody Will say that one Line is boring but I Will say this one isn't! This is longest and fastest ZIPline in Europe. 1,7 km is the lenght of the Line. This time I had my arms close the the body so I can go faster but next time I Will put my one hand forward so I can look Like Superman! It is really cool lay down position for ZIPline. I recommend this Line for everybody.
One more thing is Great about this place. They have bar, music, burgera and amazing view on this beautifull landscape of Rudopolje/Vrhovine in Lika county
