I stayed for a night at Bumi Gumati Convention Resort for a school event. The service & facility of the resort is far below satisfaction. The access to the resort is quite hard, with uneven streets, making hard for buses and big cars to access the location. The facility of the resort is also below satisfaction, with the facilities are not maintained well. The doors of the room in the villa is so poor, making it hard to be opened. The closets and tables in the room are so bad and unmaintained, also the closets are smelly. One final thing, is that the resort could not overcome problems such as blackout. During my stay, I have to sleep without air conditioning and lights for two hours around 2 AM until 4 AM due to blackout. This makes my stay uncomfortable at all.
