Dennis Ashe has no concept of customer service. He is totally incompetent of being a manager. He is rude and obnoxious. His front desk follows his lead.
Rooms still had garbage in. Hotel smelt dusty and dirty. Towels grey and old like sandpaper. Rooms do not have double glazing and no soundproofing , so very noisy. You will want to avoid this establishment at all costs.
