Stayed in the smallest apartment which was very cute and suited our needs. Nice surprise chocolate treat, tea, coffee, hot choc and milk on arrival. Apartment complete with towels, washing up liquid, dish brush, pool towels, table top cooker, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils, dinnerware etc.
Quick wifi was also a bonus during our stay.
Had a lovely stay, owners live on site with their cute dogs. They were amazing friendly and made our stay more enjoyable thank you.
Pool area has a great view and pool is inviting, well maintained and perfect to cool off in. Spa is warm and a nice touch for a relaxing stay.
Short walk to supermarket and shops would highly recommend and would stay again.

Excellent apartment with all amenities, clean and a wonderful view. Pool & spa made for a top stay. Lovely hosts & close to wineries, shops & transport. Great value for money. Will definitely be coming back.

The owners live on site and are excellent. there were kyaks available and the location was easy to find. My favorite parts about staying here is how nice the sky looked from the hot tub at night with a glass of wine. Great place for couples or wine tasting.
Honestly for the prices on the island easier transportation is public bus which is on;ly 1/5th of the price of a taxi which takes the same amount of time to get places as the island is so small.

This was a Christmas gift from the kids, and we were going to a wedding while we were there. Le Chalet Appartments were set in a rural setting, quiet and peaceful. They offered the use of an infinity pool, Spa Pool. The appartment itself, was well presented. It had everything you needed for when you first arrived, This included toiletries which were from The Soap Co, oh they were a treat,,, . We had a 2 bedroom apartment and both were un suite. The rooms were small but adequate for a couple travelling. Sky Tv, and Wifi. Password was a bit tricky, so ask the owners if you have a problem. The owners were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Close to Ferry port in Ostend, and amenities were also close by.
Room tip: They have rooms with better views, so ask about the upstairs appartments

We stayed at the Le Chalet Waiheke Apartments for 2 nights early January. We had the smallest room as it was only two of us, but it had all the room we needed. It was self contained which was great but there were some tea-bags, milk, and biscuits supplied. Lovely touch. I loved the shower products and the bathroom towels were some of the fluffiest I have seen. We did not use the spa or pool as it was only a short visit but it was beautiful and the gardens were pristine. Only a 5 minute walk to the shops and bus stop. Phil and Yvonne were wonderful hosts, we would recommend Le Chalet to other travellers.

We stayed in the Avalon apartment for three nights while visiting the Island for a short break, couldn't have chosen better lovely view central for what we wanted, the apartment met all our needs lovely views over the bay friendly helpful owners. Didn't make use of the spa or pool but if it had been warmer I'm sure we would have
