My husband, son and myself went out for supper on a Thursday night. It was around 6 pm. My son had a gift card from Christmas that he wanted to use and my husband was given a coupon for a free entree with his last blood donation. My husband had the Steak Stroganoff-my son had the Butter noodles and I had the Chicken Cesar salad with a small side of Wisconsin mac n cheese. My son also ordered the cheesy garlic bread and he said it was AMAZING!!! The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

With a name like Noodles & Company, you'll go to Noodles & Company for the noodles, at least we do. It was no different when we stopped here for steak stroganoff and a pad thai. Both dishes were tasty and were hot. The size was more than ample. The prices were reasonable. The staff was efficient and friendly. There is plenty of parking at this Noodles & Company, as it is part of a small strip mall.

The food is really good here but the sandwiches are very small and they cost a lot. I wish we could get a bigger portion for the amount you pay. But that is just my thoughts. So if you come here, go for the Noodles.

Love their healthy options and that they show the calorie count to help make decisions. Everything has always been fresh, once they made a mistake on my order and quickly fixed their mistake.

WORST Customer Service Ever!

I went into this location this evening and ordered two pene pasta with house marinara. When I got home, I don't even know what I got. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I explained to her what happened. She asked me if I was coming back to get what I ordered or did I just want her to put my name down for a credit. I explained to her that it was close to 7:30 pm. I also asked for something for my effort of having to return. She then told me I was rude and hung up.

I called back and asked the girl who answered the phone for the name of the manager. She refused and said she would get her. The manager gets of the phone. When I asked her why she hung up on me, she told me I was rude. I asked her what her name was and she refused to tell me her name. I then said I was going to call the Corporate office and post a message on Facebook (which I did already). She told me to do what I had to do and call the corporate office and hung up again. I called back a third time ... they picked it up but did not say anything. At that time, I was very mad.

I put my shoes and coat on and drove to the Noodles & Co which is about 10-15 minutes away. I walked in and I believe the employees knew who I was with the bag in my hand. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was helping another customer and the girl pointed to the employee at the next register. The manager would not look at me. I explained to them I wanted my money back. I had to wait for the manager to complete her transaction with the other customer. Meanwhile, all the other employees were looking at me ... I guess I was the talk after the manager hung up on me. I told the person at the register that where I work, if an employee talked to a customer the way I was talked to and hung up on, they would be fired.

The manager came up to me. When I asked her for her name again, she refused. I then told her I would take her picture so I could show the corporate office which employee was rude. She walked away, called me a stalker, a B*%ch, and used the "F" word. When I inquired where she went, they told me she was on the phone with her manager. Then all of the backroom employees came out to look at me. I smiled & waved to them.

A refund was finally given to me. My daughter and I would to into Noodles & Company all the time. This will be my last time as a customer. They have lost a loyal customer. I also talk to my employees about customer service .. and I will use their name and this story as an example of bad customer service. We have over 500 employees, and they will all know this story.
